I’m a 23-year-old artist from Brazil. I have a deep love for animation, my favorites are Adventure Time and Steven Universe. That’s the main reason I love 2D animation, I really want to express myself in a magical and nostalgic way that only 2D animation can create. But since 2D animation is very expensive and time-consuming, I'll be working with illustration, so that’s where I focus my efforts right now, and honestly, I absolutely love it

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning my services, the client agrees to all the terms described below.

DEADLINES

The delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the project and may follow one of the estimates below:Simple artworks (icons, bust/half-body, and simple poses of single characters): 1 to 2 weeks.Complex artworks (complex poses with one or more characters): 2 to 3 weeks.Long-term projects (comics or projects involving multiple characters and/or multiple artworks): no fixed deadline, to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.The estimated deadlines may change due to personal circumstances of the artist or an excessive number of requested revisions.

REVISIONS

The client may request up to 5 revisions at no additional cost during the sketch phase.Once the line art has been finalized, no further revisions will be accepted.

PRICING

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and Brazilian reais (BRL).Prices are determined based on the complexity of the artwork, using the following base values as reference:Half-body: USD $20 – BRL R$100.00Full body: USD $40 – BRL R$200.00Comic strip or 1-page comic: USD $40 – BRL R$200.00Multi-page comics: USD $20 – BRL R$100.00 per requested pageThe prices listed above are base prices and may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the project.

PAYMENT

Payment will be requested after the sketch has been finalized. The final artwork will only be delivered once payment has been completed.Payment can be made via PayPal or PIX (for payments in BRL), using the following key/email:

USAGE RIGHTS

Upon receiving the final artwork, the client is authorized to use it for social media posts or commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the artist as Jayp.If explicitly requested by the client, the artwork will not be posted or shared by the artist. Otherwise, by commissioning an artwork, the client authorizes the artist to share the final piece on their social media platforms, including but not limited to:X / TwitterInstagramBlueskyTumblrArtStationDeviantArtFurAffinityThreadsFacebookOther applicable platformsThe artist is authorized to reuse discarded sketches for personal works and/or as a base for third-party artworks.The artist retains all rights to the original artwork. The use of the artwork for training or feeding artificial intelligence databases is strictly prohibited.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:100% refund if the client cancels the commission during the sketch phase.50% refund if the client cancels during the line art or coloring phase.No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been fully completed.
